Maroli, Padil, Mangalore

This project was one of the most challenging yet rewarding undertakings for our team. Located in Maroli, Mangalore, the site featured difficult conditions—including limited access, poor soil quality, and a deep 30-foot entrance—posing significant construction hurdles. Initially, the client approached an experienced engineer for advice. However, the engineer advised against constructing on this site, citing space constraints, poor soil, and inadequate entry access. Throughout the construction, we maintained transparent communication by uploading every stage’s images—such as formwork, reinforcement, and concreting—via WhatsApp groups, ensuring the clients remained involved. Venu Sharma, Shrinivas, Ravinarayan, and Venu Sharma’s family envisioned a grand project, and despite initial skepticism, the final outcome exceeded all expectations. During the stone-laying ceremony, some friends and critics doubted the feasibility of such a project on this challenging site. However, when they visited for the opening ceremony, everyone was stunned and amazed at the transformation. The project received widespread appreciation, with many calling it a masterpiece that surpassed their imagination. Venu Sharma was particularly pleased with the vision and execution, and the entire family was delighted with the realization of their dream home—an innovative design that turned challenges into a stunning reality.
