About this project
We at Vijayasurya Builders And Developers Pvt Ltd are proud to share our experience working on a highly challenging project for Jayalaxmi Textile located in Bannanje, Udupi.
This project was exceptionally time-sensitive, with no room for delays. The owner aimed to open their shop at Varamahalaxmi on August 25th. Just a month prior, we received a call from Yogish Pai, a leading engineer in Mangalore, requesting us to complete the entire civil work, including:
- Road work for park parking area
- Interlocking paving for surrounding areas
- Front area civil work
Despite the tight deadline, we took on this task and worked diligently to complete the project well in advance — finishing two days before the inauguration.
Our efforts were appreciated by the owners, who awarded us a memento in recognition of our dedication and successful execution of this challenging project.
